I'm Fernando Tolon — a roofing and construction consultant with 30+ years in the field. I help owners, GCs, and property managers make the right call before the first nail goes in.

I started in roofing more than twenty years ago, learning the trade from the deck up. Since then I've estimated, supervised, and consulted on hundreds of projects — from single-family tear-offs to multi-acre commercial systems.
